Returns & Exchanges (India)

We accept return or exchange requests under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • Wrong item received.
  • The product received is significantly different from the description.

Return Request Period

Customers must initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Product must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.
  • Products returned without original packaging and tags.

Refund Process (India)

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy (India)

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or available variant:

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

International Orders

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of international shipping, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Personal preferences

Eligible International Claims

We will assist with replacement or compensation if:

  • The product arrived damaged.
  • An incorrect item is delivered.
  • The order is lost during transit.

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographs of the product and packaging.

International Refunds

Approved refunds for international orders will be processed within 7–14 business days after verification.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
  • Any bank or payment gateway fees may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

To request a cancellation, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number.
  3. Share clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.
